i don’t offer refunds unless the issue is on my end.don’t resell my designs for more than you paid unless they include commissioned art. freebies and gift art don’t count.you can edit or redesign the character freely — just credit me on Toyhouse if you post them.please tell me if you gift/trade/sell one of my designs — i like to track where they go.no holds — be ready to pay when claiming.by purchasing my adopts, you confirm you’re 18+ and responsible for your actions.buying any of my designs or comms means you automatically agree to these terms.

WORKING TIME

the deadline countdown starts after the sketch is approved and payment is made.my turnaround time can be up to 2 months, so i may start later — please don’t message me every few days asking “how’s the art going?”i never ignore messages without reason and i always update clients, so please don’t be pushy.

PAYMENT

full payment is required after the sketch is approved.
i only accept PayPal, and all prices are listed in USD

REFUND POLICY

i don’t offer refunds if you dislike the final result, since i consult with clients at every stage.if i haven’t gone past the sketch, you may receive a 50% refund.

EDITING POLICY

pose edits are only available at the sketch stage.
you may request up to 3 small changes for free (like color tweaks, adding/removing accessories, etc).
larger changes or extra revisions may require additional payment depending on complexity.

PROCESS

PLEASE NOTE! most of the time (basically always) the initial sketch will look a bit different from the final result. i might redraw some details (that can be discussed), so don’t be scared if the very first sketch looks messy or even kinda ugly. it’s just there to show the idea.we discuss the composition, i show sketch options, and after approval you send payment.i show each stage:lineart → flat color → shading → rendering → final image

sketch → black & white version → color overlay → final imageyou can ask for extra progress screenshots.
speedpaints may be recorded at my discretion.if your commission has a deadline, a rush fee will apply.
if there are delays on my side, i’ll notify you.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

as the artist, i retain full rights to the artwork.this means i can:
• use the artwork for self-promotion
• display it anywhere
• post it anywhereyou may:
• use the art for personal purposes
• promote yourself with it (with credit)you keep the rights to your character, not the artwork.if you violate my copyright, you lose all rights to my art and designs, ownership of previous adopts, and are blacklisted.the following are copyright violations:
• using my art commercially without payment
• editing the art without permission
• claiming it as your own
• removing my watermark

i take orders in a queue. think of it like joining a waitlist, the average wait time depends on your spot! (2nd place – 1-2 months, 3rd place – around 3 months, etc.)
